A moment of silence for the dress, for real! I've been dreaming of this ruffly pastel blue and let me just say... it's level 10 dreamy! The bow shoulder detail, the bottom ruffle, the cinched body vibe, everything. It's just so good! Calling on my feminine energy for this one, I'M OBSESSED! I always love a high neck moment, I think it looks so clean and classy. I would size up though, ken is wearing size small and fits her like a glove. I am a bra size 34C and wear a size medium for reference!
