How often do you release new items?

Answer: We constantly update our collection to offer you the latest trends. We typically add new styles weekly, so be sure to check back often or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on our latest additions and exclusive promotions.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping rates are determined by USPS and may vary depending on your location and the weight of your product. Orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday in the order in which it was received.

The shipping speed chosen at checkout will take effect once the order has left our facility.

Do you offer local pick up?

YES! Online local pick up orders can be picked up Monday - Sunday 10am to 9pm. You will receive an email with the pick up address once your order is fulfilled and ready to be picked up.

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit with a $7 processing fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed.Clothing must be free of make up, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, and any other marks or stains. If returned merchandise does not meet our policy conditions, the item will be returned to you at your cost. 

If something doesn't fit can I exchange it?

Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee your item will be available for exchange. However, you can return your item for store credit to use towards the same item in a different size (if it's available). Otherwise, store credit can be used towards anything else on our website and it never expires.
