Terms of service
Return Policy: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit with a $7 processing fee.
Return Qualifications: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed. Clothing must be free of make up, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, and any other marks or stains. If returned merchandise does not meet our policy conditions, the item will be returned to you at your cost.
Damages: Please contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Final Sale Items: Jewelry and all other accessories are final sale. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee your item will be available for exchange. However, you can return your item for store credit to use towards the same item in a different size (if it's available). Otherwise, store credit can be used towards anything else on our website and it never expires.
Refunds: We do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds. Only store credit is issued, no exceptions.
To Start A Return: Contact us at whitney@dottandarrow.com with your name, order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued store credit for the original payment amount. A processing fee of $7.00 will be deducted for the return shipping label.

We have the right to modify any telephone number or short code we use to operate the service at any time. You will be notified on such occasions. You agree that any messages you send to a telephone number or short code we have changed, including any STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we will not be liable for honoring requests made in such messages.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
